Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Him. John 14:6
The God who made the world and all things in it, he, being Lord of heaven and earth, doesn’t dwell in temples made with hands, neither is he served by men’s hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he himself gives to all life and breath, and all things. He made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the surface of the earth, having determined appointed seasons, and the boundaries of their dwellings, that they should seek the Lord, if perhaps they might reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. ‘For in him we live, and move, and have our being.’ Acts 17: 24-28
For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
John 3:16
There comes a time when we all must face the fact of eternity, and give an account for our lives. None of us are worthy to enter into heaven with a Holy God on our own merit. The bible tells us "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God", and that "the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." The death referred to in this passage is what the bible calls the second death. The second death is described in the bible as: "the lake that burns with fire and sulfur." Thankfully we were created by a loving God, who was willing to pay our debt, and buy us back to Himself. We don't have to spend eternity forever separated from God in the lake of fire, we can spend it with Him in paradise for all eternity. References: Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, Revelation 21:8.
The Way
If you desire to have the free gift of salvation, and make Jesus the Lord of your life, please pray the following prayer:
Lord Jesus. I confess that I have sinned. I believe that You shed Your precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins. I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in Your Holy Word, that If we declare with our mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in our heart that God raised Him from the dead, we will be saved. Romans 10:9. I confess Jesus as my Lord. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead.
If you prayed the prayer above, you have made Jesus the Lord of your life. Seek Him, and follow Him all the days of your life. Find a bible believing church. Let them know you are a new believer in Christ, and ask them for a new beginnings course. Jesus will change your life from this time forward and forever. May God bless you, and His peace be with you.
